This course is aimed at Site Managers with at least 2 years Site Management experience wanting to obtain a nationally recognised degree level qualification & CSCS Black Card.

Progression Route
Upon completion of the Level 6 award and successfully passing the Supervisor’s Health and Safety touch screen test you, will be eligible to obtain your CSCS Black Card and progress to the NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Project Management.
Course Content

- Plan measured surveys in construction
- Establish the condition of property in construction
- Identify, assess & evaluate project requirements in construction
- Develop & agree detailed project designs in construction
- Specify & control production documents in construction
- Prepare procurement schedules & programmes of works in construction
- Implement strategic & integrated supply chain management & sourcing partnerships in construction
- Obtain tenders & appoint successful contractors in construction
- Evaluate enquiries & submit tenders in construction
- Evaluate & confirm work methods & programme
- Analyse, monitor & optimise materials, plant & services in construction
- Control contract work in construction
- Optimise & control contract progress & costs in construction
